Delete Your Account and Data
1. Developer and apps
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the apps of CLOUD INGENIUM CORP., the developer shown on their App Store and Google Play listings:
All apps and games that CLOUD INGENIUM CORP. publishes under that developer name on the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store.
2. How to request deletion
By email (you do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to it):
- Write to soporte@cloudingenium.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Include the app's name and your account's email address or username.
- If you can, send it from the email address linked to the account; otherwise we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete it.
3. What data is deleted
When we complete your request we permanently delete:
- Your account and profile (name, email address, photo and preferences).
- The content you created or saved in the app.
- The usage and diagnostic data linked to your account.
- The identifiers that link your device to your account.
If you only want some data deleted and to keep your account, say so in your email.
4. What data is kept and for how long
We keep only the following data, for the period stated, and use it for no other purpose:
- The payment, invoice and accounting records of purchases you made with us (in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, which keep their own records): five (5) years from the transaction, to meet the tax and commercial law obligations of República de Panamá.
- The record of your deletion request (date, email address and our reply): up to five (5) years, to prove to an authority that we handled your request.
5. Response time
We confirm that we received your request and complete it within 10 business days at most. We email you when your account and data have been deleted. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in the store as well so it does not renew.
