App Privacy Policy
1. Scope and data controller
CLOUD INGENIUM CORP., incorporated under the laws of República de Panamá, is the developer and the data controller of the following apps and games, as they appear on their store listings:
All apps and games that CLOUD INGENIUM CORP. publishes under that developer name on the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store.
This policy covers the apps. Use of our website (https://www.cloudingenium.com) is governed by its own privacy policy.
2. Data we collect and why
We collect only the data listed for each app and use it only for the purposes listed. The list includes the data collected by the third-party SDKs built into the app.
Each app collects only the data it needs to work and declares it on its App Store listing ("App Privacy") and its Google Play listing ("Data safety"). If an app collects no personal data, its listing says so.
3. Third-party SDKs and services
Some features rely on outside providers (for example, usage analytics or crash reporting). Those providers receive only the data needed to provide their service and process it under their own privacy policies.

4. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If we learn that we did so without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child gave us personal data, write to us at legal@cloudingenium.com.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while you have an active account or while we need it for the purpose it was collected for.
When you delete your account, we delete your data except what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax records), as explained on the account deletion page.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and we limit access to the people who need it to run the apps. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. International transfers
Our providers (including the SDK providers) may process your data on servers outside República de Panamá. When that happens, we require them to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one required by the law of República de Panamá.
8. Your rights
Under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation, Executive Decree 285 of 2021, you have the right of:
- Access: learn what data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Rectification: correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete it.
- Opposition: object to its use on well-founded, legitimate grounds.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Send your request to legal@cloudingenium.com with your name, a way to reply to you, a document proving your identity (or your representative's), the right you want to exercise, and the app concerned. We will answer within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
9. Account deletion
You may ask us to delete your account and your data at any time, from the app (if it offers the option) or by email to soporte@cloudingenium.com, without reinstalling the app. The steps, what is deleted and what is kept are on the account deletion page.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant (for example, if an app starts collecting or sharing a new type of data), we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and we will update the store listings.
